Weekend Getaway

Last Wednesday, Madison and I decided to drive home.

We left after I went to my classes and got home around 9:30. Was it worth the 10 hour drive?

Oh yeah.

The weather was beautiful, I was able to see so many missed faces, and I didn't have school.

I needed this weekend more than anything. 

Little Wesley tagged along (couldn't leave him home!) and he was such a good pup.

Literally didn't whine or bark once both on the way there and back.

He just slept.

I'm lucky he is such an easy puppy. Except he lo-lo-loves to chew, but I can deal with that.

It's hard going home only for 3 days because you wanna see everyone, so you don't have 

time to really just relax. But still, it was nice to see my family and friends.

Too bad my Dad wasn't in town :(

It was his birthday on the 23rd, and he took a little vacation to ID. His heaven.

Anywho, here are some pictures of my little weekend.

Going home makes it hard to come back...

Left: This is Shayla, I love her very much. And miss her even more.

Right: This was on the drive down. Every time I would take a bite of my apple, he would attack my face trying to get it. It was pretty cute.
