Chef's Table

Delicious dinner anyone?
So on Tuesday, for our 3 year, Madison made us a reservation at "Chef's Table".
Apparently, this little, classy restaurant is listed as one of the top places to eat in Utah.
I was pretty excited.
So, here is a recap of the lovely dinner:

( The View of the City from our table was b-e-a-u-tiful.)
This is the pre-appetizer they brought us- Lemon Sorbet
Our full meal- forgot to take a pic of the appetizer- seared Ahi-Tuna. Yum.
Also, we got roles with this special butter, salad with delicious cheese on it, and
butternut-squash soup
 Madison's hearty steak and fries.
 My Halibut and veggies/rice
This was one of the gifts he got me.
Just what I have been wanting for so long.
It's a "dog-eared" from Nordstrom and it's so light, dainty,and perfect.
I couldn't have been happier.
Plus, I la-la-love the infinity sign for multiple reasons.
He spoils me. I kinda love it...

Anyway- Food really was so good. Also, uh SO expensive.
I just wish that my halibut had a little more flavor. I had to add a lot of salt.
Honestly, I would;ve picked my Dad's halibut over that any day,
Then again, he is a meat-magician!
But overall, I was happily satisfied. Actually, a little too satisfied.
You know when you want to eat every little thing in front of you? Especially because you know
it's going to cost a good amount of money?
Yeah... that was me.
Let's just say I did not feel too great afterward. Oops!
