HAPPY VALENTINES DAY
I love this holiday.
For all the people who hate on it, why?
It's just a happy day to celebrate relationships, friendships, the people you love.
Does that bother you? To have a special day to focus on happy things?
If it does- you may have a bigger problem... Just sayin.
Growing up, my parents always had little gifts for us.
Nothing big, just simple.
Even if it was just a card, it meant something.
I love my parents more than anything. They raised my sisters and I the best way they knew how
and I like to think we all turned out right.
So today- I'm showing my love to my...
Mom&Dad.
Thank you guys for loving me and taking care of me always.
I love you.
I wish I had the money to buy you something and send it to you.
I wish I had the ability to fly home to be with you and enjoy your company which I miss more than
you understand. Sometimes, all I want to do is go home and
have dinner with you both. Watch some TV, play a game, talk...
I just wanted to say thank you for everything.
I couldn't have asked for better parents.
Once again, I love you dearly.
Happy "LOVE" Day!
My plans for the day consist of school, homework, work, making a delicious dinner with
my man and going to see "The Vow".
I'm pretty content and excited to have a relaxing night.
Even though I have loads of school work to do this week, I'm getting as much done as I can before
this evening, but the second I'm off the clock, I'm turning off my stress,
my to-do list and enjoying the night.
That means I'll be pulling out my hair tomorrow and the day after that but I don't care.
I've decided that I'd rather have a nice night and stress again after this holiday.
I'll probably be regretting my decision come tomorrow, but oh well!
Here are some cute Valentines Day Ideas for some food.
I'll be posting on the food I'm making tonight another day.
Thanks to Pinterest, you never disappoint me!
This yummy drink is so easy to make and so yummy.
Just crushed ice, yogurt, strawberries, and honey.
Plus- it's pink which is perfect for today.
Strawberries filled with whipped cream... So cute!
And tastes so good! Also... pinkish red, perfect!
Red Velvet cupcakes (if you aren't a great baker, just do a strawberrymix with red dye)
with simple "XOXO" on top.
I've decided Madison and I will be decorating our own cupcakes.
Rasberry Honey Tapioca.
Can you say YUM?!
I can.
So there are some of my ideas- the main course is hopefully going to be a success.
I guess we'll see later today!
Happy Valentines Day!
